Content Studio is a private tool that its owner uses to plan and publish content on the owner's own brand accounts. It is not yet offered to the public.
What it accesses
Only the Instagram, Threads, Facebook Page and YouTube accounts that the owner connects. It uses them to publish scheduled posts and videos, to read those accounts' basic details and post insights, and to show replies to the owner.
How the data is kept
Access tokens are kept on the studio's server with restricted access and are never shown again after they are saved. Media for scheduled posts is kept on the server and in private cloud storage.
Waiting list
The public page lets people leave an email address and, optionally, what kind of user they are. It is kept on the studio's server only to contact them about access, and is removed on request to the address below.
Sharing
Data from connected accounts is not sold and is not shared with anyone else, except what the platforms themselves receive when a post is published.
Removing access
Access can be removed at any time by disconnecting the account in the studio, or from the platform's own settings. For Google accounts, this is at myaccount.google.com/permissions. YouTube uploads use the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
